We’re delighted to share with our supporters travelling to Budapest some further information on what you can expect at our Arsenal Fan Meeting Point at Varosliget.

We’d love as many supporters as possible to meet here on the day to enjoy the pre-match celebrations and soak up the matchday atmosphere ahead of the final.

UEFA has also today confirmed that the Final will be screened at the Fan Meeting Point for all those who wish to join us that don’t have a ticket.

Here’s what you need to know:

Key Information

Opening: 08.00, Saturday 30 May

Programming begins: 10am

Entry is free and the Fan Meeting Point is open to all Arsenal supporters, with or without a ticket to the game. However, please note that if we reach capacity, ticket holders will be prioritised.

The game will be screened live for supporters without tickets.

What’s on

We’ll have loads of special guests from across our Arsenal family, plus plenty of other activities for supporters to get involved in ahead of the final.

We’ll have special appearances from:

  • Arsenal legends
  • Gunnersaurus
  • Roman Kemp
  • Jeremiah Asiamah
  • Femi Koleoso from Ezra Collective
  • And a few more surprises

Activities include:

  • Face painting
  • Temporary Tattoos
  • Foosball tables
  • Photo opportunities
  • Mini pitch
  • Football games
  • Activity on stage

Here’s what you can expect throughout the day. Please note that these are indicative and may be subject to change on the day.

10:00 – Stage programming begins with Daniyal Khan
11:15-11:30 – Gunnersaurus Penalty shootout
11:45- 12:45 – Jeremiah Asamiah DJ set
12:47-13:00 – Gunnersaurus Penalty Shootout
13:00-13:15 – Arsenal legends panel
13:30 – Pete Mujuzi, the voice of Emirates Stadium, will be joining us on stage
13:45- 14:30 – Femi Koleoso DJ set
14:50 – Pete’s Countdown
15:15 – Fan march begins
15:15-17:00 – UEFA DJ
17:00-17:40 – Live From N5 Screening
17:40 – TV coverage begins
18:00 – kick off

Fan Walk

We are encouraging our supporters to walk together from the Fan Meeting point to the stadium. The walk will begin around 3.15pm and we will signpost this at the event.

Gunnersaurus will be leading the way – keep an eye out for him!

Post-Match

The Fan Meeting Point will remain open after the game, with activities continuing until 2am on Sunday, May 31. We will have more scheduled activities for supporters after full-time for those returning from the game.

The site will also remain open from 2am-6am on Sunday morning, operating as a Transport Hub with key facilities open for supporters.

Supporters on our charter flight should come back to the Fan Meeting Point following the final whistle, as this is where your transfer to the airport will depart from.

Concessions and facilities will be open during this time for supporters to use, as they wait for their return journey home.

Important information

With warm temperatures expected in Budapest, we encourage supporters to stay hydrated, bring sunscreen and suitable clothing for the weather. Drinking water will be provided free for supporters.

There will be free sunscreen available in the Fan Meeting Point. However, be advised that you will not be able to bring sunscreen in the stadium.

We encourage all our supporters to wear club  colours. Please note that  rival shirts  are  not  permitted  in  the Fan Meeting Point.

In line with  stadium regulations, flags, banners or other symbols and materials that display content considered discriminatory, offensive, or politically motivated  are  prohibited from  the  Fan Meeting Point. You can find out more  on  stadium regulations  here.

  • Free bag drops – for supporters returning to London on charter flights, please allow sufficient time to collect your bags upon returning to the Fan Meeting Point post-match
