Shape Up Sisters is our 12-week weight management programme designed specifically for women. <\/p>\n

The programme combines practical nutrition education with fun, progressive exercise sessions in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.<\/p>\n

Participants will learn how to make sustainable lifestyle changes, improve their health and wellbeing, and work towards losing at least 5% of their body weight while developing healthy habits for the future.<\/p>\n

Shape Up forms part of our Health Programme, supported by the Premier League and Professional Footballers’ Association and administered through the Premier League Foundation, helping football clubs tackle inequality and support healthier, more inclusive communities.<\/p>\n

You can apply for a Shape Up course if you are:<\/p>\n

\u2022Female<\/p>\n

\u2022Aged 18-65<\/p>\n

\u2022With a BMI of 27.5 or above (you can check your BMI at https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/healthy-weight\/bmi-calculator\/ if you are unsure)<\/p>\n

\u2022Living in Camden or Islington<\/p>\n

\u2022Motivated to make a lifestyle change<\/p>\n
