Before the start of the third quarterfinal game against La Laguna Tenerife, the Cape Verdean center collected the trophy from madridista legend <b>Felipe Reyes<\/b> and was applauded by the Movistar Arena crowd. <\/p>\n<p>Tavares has claimed this award for the sixth consecutive year and remains the only player to win the trophy since its inception.
